For “By Caitlyn,” we transformed an empty commercial space into a highly functional warehouse with tailored packing rooms, a kitchen area, and efficient racking systems. On the first floor, we designed and created several functional offices, including specialised filming rooms, meeting rooms, and a kitchenette area. The layout was carefully planned to optimise workflow and support the business’s operations while maintaining a practical, comfortable environment for staff. This project successfully combined operational efficiency with modern design to meet the client’s unique needs.
